Ed Graziani is a consistent top producer in Bay Area real estate who has represented the interests of the region’s business elite in both residential and commercial investment transactions for over 25 years.

Born and raised in the Bay Area, Ed’s career is founded on sound real estate practices that have allowed him to actively contribute to the development of the region he calls home. His career began at Marcus & Millichap Investment Real Estate in Palo Alto, where he spent four years building his foundation in the industry. He was then recruited to Contempo/Coldwell Banker Realty, where he exclusively represented clients in the acquisition and disposition of commercial and residential properties.

Since those early years, Ed has navigated the industry through its many cycles and changes, evolving into an elite-level Realtor and leader within the Sereno organization. His deep knowledge of the market and personal approach continue to set him apart.

As an active participant in the Bay Area’s business community, Ed keeps a close read on market trends, which allows him to meet the evolving needs of his clients with confidence. He has been retained as an expert witness by the U.S. Bankruptcy Trustee, Poyner & Poyner LLP, the Law Offices of Ron and Dean Rossi, and Luce Forward Hamilton & Scripps. Ed also represents offshore client-owners in the acquisition and disposition of their Bay Area properties.
